But unlike the corporate world he came from, Renovate for Sale operates as a family business - because we believe inherited property sales should feel personal, not transactional.

Adam's background includes acting as the CEO of Aventria Property (the UK's leading independent asset management firm), founding and successfully selling Optimus-Legal to Landmark Information Group in 2019, and representing major UK lenders in possession and probate property matters. That experience taught him one thing: the traditional system isn't built for families. It's built for banks and developers.
